About the event
Join us for an evening of embodied regulation and heart-centered connection under the Full Snow Moon. Participants will create and personalize a weighted rice pouch to use during a Heart centered Meditation led by Jaime, followed by a gentle breathwork exercise led by Jen.We will share heart-centered cacao as we slow the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect in a safe, supportive space honoring emotional sovereignty and self-care.
